So today i made a list of some smartphones from companies you never expect. So without any further delay lets get started. 


1. Dior Reveries

 


Dior is a french luxury goods company known for fashion accessories, make up and perfumes. And suddenly makes a smartphone. Dior Reveries Haute Couture is yet another luxury Android smartphone featured in the list. This device was assembled by hand in France and with Pearls, diamonds, and white gold studded on it. The company has made just 99 phones with Dior trademark cannage design, and each one will cost £78,000 ( $116,225 ). This smartphone is the successor of the Dior Black Diamond phone that was released three years earlier to the release of this device. It comes with a full LCD touch screen that is decorated with 1539 diamonds and 46 pieces of pure natural mother of pearl and 18-carat white gold.
The company has been making the devices from 1950s and has continued to make them through the present day. The Dior Reveries Haute Couture comes with a 5MP camera on the rear and has the support of 12-days standby time with its massive battery. Apart from these, the device comes with Dolby Sound and is 3G compatible, other connectivity options includes Bluetooth, Quad-band, and A-GPS. Additionally, the device comes in bar shape and includes 46 mother of pearl iridescent pieces that gives it a more luxury feel and look.

2.Kodak Ektra

Eastman Kodak, also called as Kodak, is an American technology company focused on imaging solutions and services for businesses. Once the dominant maker of film cameras, the company fell off the radar with the rise of digital cameras. Recently, the company has tried to reboot itself by helping wedding photographers get albums designed and printed. It has also launched an Android smartphone.

Kodak Ektra smartphone was launched in July 2017. The phone comes with a 5.00-inch touchscreen display with a resolution of 1080 pixels by 1920 pixels at a PPI of 441 pixels per inch. Kodak Ektra price in India starts from Rs. 28,999. 

The Kodak Ektra is powered by 1.4GHz Helio X20 processor and it comes with 3GB of RAM. The phone packs 32GB of internal storage that can be expanded up to 128GB via a microSD card. As far as the cameras are concerned, the Kodak Ektra packs a 21-megapixel primary camera on the rear and a 13-megapixel front shooter for selfies.

The Kodak Ektra runs Android 6.0 and is powered by a 3000mAh non removable battery. It measures 147.80 x 73.35 x 9.69 (height x width x thickness) .

The Kodak Ektra is a single SIM (GSM) smartphone that accepts a Nano-SIM. It lent its branding to a smartphone manufactured by Chinese firm Shenzhen Scooby Communication Equipment and said it plans to market accessories too.

As far as the cameras are concerned, the Pepsi Phone P1 packs a 13-megapixel primary camera on the rear and a 5-megapixel front shooter for selfies.

The Pepsi Phone P1 runs Android 5.1 and is powered by a 3000mAh non removable battery. It measures 152.20 x 76.20 x 7.70 (height x width x thickness) and weigh 158.00 grams.

So this is the only smartphone in this list which stands out. it makes a lot more sense of how a gaming company put their invention in a smartphone and makes a device which is diffrent and unique in the smartphone industry. This is my personal favorite so i leave a video related to Razer Phone.

Fast food chain KFC has joined hands with Huawei to launch an aptly named new smartphone, the KFC Huawei 7 Plus. The smartphone marks KFC's 30 years in China. Huawei, incidentally, was founded in the same year, 1987, in Shenzen. Not everyone can buy the device as of now as it is listed at CNY 1099 or roughly Rs 10,000 price tag from the Tmall website. It will go on sale starting July 13.

The limited edition KFC Huawei 7 Plus comes pre-installed with KFC's mobile app and 100,000 "K dollars" virtual credits in the app. The smartphone also offers K-music — KFC's new jukebox function from inside the app, as reported by CNBC. It has been revealed that a total of 5,000 units of the KFC Huawei 7 Plus will go on sale.

The smartphone comes in Red colour with the branding of two companies -- one of Huawei and the other of Colonel Sanders -- at the back.


Some of the key specifications of the smartphone are 5-inch HD screen, Qualcomm Snapdragon 425 processor, 3GB RAM, 32GB inbuilt storage with an option to support microSD card up to 128GB, 13MP rear camera, 5MP front-facing camera and 3020mAh battery.


The smartphone measures 143.5x71x8.05mm and weighs 145 grams. On the connectivity front, the smartphone features Bluetooth 4.1, USB 2.0, Wi-Fi 802.11 bgn, GPS and Glonass. The KFC Huawei 7 Plus runs EMUI 5.1 based on Android 7.0 Nougat. There is a fingerprint sensor at the back as well.
